One Piece anime has been ongoing for more than two decades, and numerous mysteries have been resolved while others remain unsolved. It takes an extraordinary talent to create an intricate world and develop in-depth characters.
A number of influential people in the current age have been recognized, including the creator of One Piece anime, Eiichiro Oda. One of Japan’s most prestigious universities, the University of Tokyo, conducted a survey to select the top 10 geniuses of the Reiwa Era (2019-present).
Fuji TV announced the results after 137 students responded to the survey. The university is known for producing notable alumni across a variety of fields.

Artists in the manga industry, known as mangaka, often fall ill and require extended breaks due to the demands of meeting deadlines and producing weekly content. Eiichiro Oda, the mastermind behind One Piece, stands out as a rare case in the manga industry. His exceptional level of commitment and productivity over the past 25 years is truly remarkable, as he seldom takes a break from drawing, aside from a scheduled one-week hiatus each month.
One Piece, a Japanese manga series created by Eiichiro Oda, has been published in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump since July 1997. As of March 2023, 105 tankōbon volumes have been released.The success of the One Piece manga has led to a vast media franchise, which includes a Production I.G festival film, an ongoing anime series produced by Toei Animation since 1999, fourteen animated movies, one original video animation, a Netflix live-action series, and thirteen TV specials. Viz Media has obtained the license to distribute the series in English in North America and the UK, while Madman Entertainment manages it in Australia.

Bartender Anime Officially Announced, Releases April 2024
An anime adaptation of the Japanese manga Bartender by Araki Joh is in the works, titled “Bartender God’s Glass”. The series is set to premiere in April 2024, and the official website has released a key visual featuring the main character, bartender Sasakura Ryu, preparing a cocktail.
The upcoming “Bartender God’s Glass” anime series is the second adaptation of the Japanese manga written by Araki Joh, with the first one having been released 18 years ago. The story centers around Ryū Sasakura, a gifted bartender renowned for his ability to create the finest cocktails, which he uses to ease and comfort the minds of his distressed customers.
Studio Liber, known for their work on Cue! and A3! SEASON SPRING & SUMMER, will be handling the animation for the series.
The team behind the anime series includes director Ryouichi Kuratani, known for his work on the “Tsugumomo” series and “Isekai Nonbiri Nouka” (Farming Life in Another World). Additionally, Mari Kounosuke, who has previously worked on series composition for “Honzuki no Gekokujou” (Ascendance of a Bookworm), “Housekisho Richard-shi no Nazo Kantei” (The Case Files of Jeweler Richard), and “Orient”, will also be involved in the series composition.
“Tenkuu Shinpan” (High-Rise Invasion), “GANGSTA.”, and “Bokura no Yoake” (Our Dawn), will oversee the character design for the upcoming anime series adaptation of the manga. Originally serialized in Shueisha’s Japanese Seinen magazine Super Jump from 2004 to 2011, the Bartender manga was later compiled into twenty-one tankōbon volumes. It was first adapted into an anime television series in 2006 and aired on Fuji Television, and later into a Japanese television drama in 2011 on TV Asahi. Between 2012 and 2019, three spin-off manga series, Bartender à Paris, Bartender à Tokyo, and Bartender 6stp, were serialized in Grand Jump and Grand Jump Premium. The Bartender franchise has sold over 2.8 million copies in Japan.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Reveals Younger Looks For Characters
New character designs for the main and additional characters in Jujutsu Kaisen anime adaptation season 2 were recently revealed by the official Twitter account. Season 2 will take the audience back 11 years in time, when Gojo and Geto were students at Jujutsu High. The release date for the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen is July 6, 2023.

Mei Mei is a top-tier sorceress skilled in manipulating crows via her cursed power, often battling alongside her sibling, Ui Ui.
Kento Nanami is a sorcerer who employs his unique cursed technique, Ratio Technique, to efficiently defeat enemies while showcasing his calm demeanour and tactical prowess.

Masamichi Yaga, the principal of Tokyo Jujutsu High, demonstrates his expertise as a sorcerer by using his Cursed Corpse technique.
During Anime Japan 2023, it was announced that Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 will feature anime-exclusive scenes to extend the runtime as the “Hidden Inventory Arc” covers only 14 chapters. Moreover, the second season will have a new director, with Sunghoo Park, who directed the first season, leaving MAPPA to establish his own studio. Shota Goshozono will be taking over as the director for season 2.
